Our goat keeping course is held near Boston, Lincolnshire and is tutored by an experienced goat keeper and breeder. This hands-on, practical course starts at 10:00am and finishes at 3:00pm and is open to everyone from those thinking about starting out with goats to those who already have some experience. Topics covered include: * Basic goat anatomy * Goat breeds / goat uses * Goat housing / goat accommodation * Goat care * Feeding goats * Goat ailments and diseases * Breeding goats * Milking goats Delegates will be shown around the small farm and given plenty of opportunity to handle goats. There will also be ample opportunity to ask questions throughout the day. Places are limited so book soon to avoid disappointment.
